Prabhas and Katrina Kaif will NOT team up for Saaho
A source clarifies that Katrina Kaif was not approached to star opposite Prabhas in Saaho.
Rumours about Prabhas and Katrina Kaif
teaming up for Saaho seem never ending now. BollywoodLife had earlier
conducted a poll asking readers to vote for the actress they want to see
Prabhas with in Saaho. Not only did Katrina win the poll, but there was
also buzz that the makers are actually considering and in talks with
the Baar Baar Dekho actress for the film. Just when fans got super
excited to see these two work together, a source rubbished rumours of
their pairing. A source clarified saying,” The reports are completely
untrue . Katrina has not been approached for Saaho.”
That’s such a bummer and not the kind of news you’d want to read on a weekend. We were so excited to see Prabhas work with Katrina. Well, fans are definitely not giving up and we’re gonna keep hoping to see these two together. Prabhas’ career graph is currently off the charts with Baahubali 2: The Conclusion turning into such a rage. The film has made more than Rs 1000 crores worldwide and more than Rs 400 crore in just the Hindi version. Prabhas’ female fan base has increased considerably, all thanks to a character called Amarendra Baahubali that he pulled off with such perfection! Katrina has now started shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai with Salman Khan and will start promotions for Jagga Jasoos with Ranbir Kapoor soon. The actress made her debut on Instagram recently and has been doing quite a lot of things. She is thoroughly enjoying Instagram and it’s one accounting worth stalking, if you ask me. With Prabhas’ swag and Katrina’s moves, we would’ve loved to see them in a movie together. Saaho is one of the most expensive films to be made in India after Baahubali.
The budget of the film is Rs 150 crore and the makers have even roped in Kenny Bates who had choreographed for films like Die Hard and Transformers.
