Akshay Kumar is currently holidaying in Cape Town, South Africa with his family and friends. The Airlift actor lavishly celebrated wife Twinkle Khanna’s birthday (29th December) at their favorite holiday destination in a sea-facing villa and is now all set to ring in New Year’s Eve with them.  Akshay has urged all his fans to #GoPagal this New Year with a rather crazy video on Twitter. Along with wishing them a ‘Jolly’ New Year he also announced the release date of his upcoming film Jolly LLB 2‘s song ‘Go Pagal’. He mentioned that the song will release on January 4 at 11 am. Looking at the video he has announced the news with,we are sure the pagalpan quotient of the song will be insane.
BollywoodLife had exclusively informed you a few days ago that Go Pagal is a Holi song which has been crooned by none other than rapper Raftaar. He has been receiving a lot of offers after his successful stint in Aamir Khan’s Dangal. His song Dhaakad was very well appreciated by fans.
Talking about the Go Pagal song, the 28 year old rapper said, “I’ve done Jolly LLB 2 where I’m singing the Holi song, Go Pagal, which is the biggest song of that movie. That is the one thing you’re gonna get to hear me sing. That is the one part of me which people will get to know. I’ll be voicing Akshay Kumar in the song.”
Jolly LLB 2 is slated to release next year in February and with Akshay stepping into Arshad Warsi’s shoes as the lawyer, it sure is going to be a fun watch. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the first part went on to win the National Award in the Best Feature Film category. So far the trailer of Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2 has left fans in a tizzy. Everybody is curious to see what the actor has in store for them. With Akshay on onboard, there’s a lot of expectations with the film as in the recent times, the actor has not once failed to impress us. We are also super pepped up about Raftaar’s track in the film as we’ll be hearing something new, as promised by him.

Salman Khan goes on a special lean diet for upcoming film Tiger Zinda Hai

Salman Khan has two big releases in 2017, Tiger Zinda Hai being one of them and the actor is leaving no stone unturned to make sure that he fits in perfectly for his role. Bhai will soon begin shooting for the film, which is a sequel to Ek Tha Tiger, and as per reports, he is required to lose some weight. The actor has opted for lean meat and regular workouts to shed some of the kilos and look perfect for the role. Salman is a regular at a popular eatery in Bandra and apparently has been requesting the chef to make a special low calorie chicken meal for him quite often.
The actor orders the low calorie chicken meal every time he visits the place. Last time, Salman went on a special fitness routine to get the wrestler-like body for Sultan. Salman will be pairing up with Katrina Kaif for this one and his Sultan director, Ali Abbas Zafar. The film will release around Christmas 2017 and we know that it will be as big as Ek Tha Tiger. Salman is also working on another period drama, Tubelight, and was seen shooting in Manali for the same.
Salman is currently busy with Bigg Boss 10 and also launched Being Human jewellery recently. Bigg Boss 10 will be over by January 2017 and we’re guessing that’s when Salman will start shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai. Also, we’ll get to see him share the screen with ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif and we’re pretty darn excited about it. He celebrated his birthday recently and we wonder if Bhai followed his diet at his birthday party. Shraddha Kapoor is not in a relationship with Farhan Akhtar, claims her father Shakti Kapoor

Two days ago, there have been rumours involving a spat between Shraddha Kapoor, her father Shakti Kapoor, and her rumoured boyfriend Farhan Akhtar.

Two days ago, there have been reports involving a spat between Shraddha Kapoor, her father Shakti Kapoor, and her rumoured boyfriend Farhan Akhtar. As per the rumour Shakti Kapoor had dragged Shraddha out of Farhan Akhtar’s house, where she is reportedly living in. However, when we spoke to Shakti Kapoor later next day, Shakti Kapoor denied such an incident ever happened. He insisted that all these are just rumours created by someone with too much imagination, and he has been just denying these developments to all the journalists who has been calling up ever since the news broke up
Now when another leading daily contacted him with regards to the same issue, Shakti gave more details about the incident. He said,  ” Shraddha has three houses and one of which has been gifted by me. She is a home bird; I don’t really remember Shraddha sleeping out even if it is late night or early morning. She always comes back home. She is not comfortable sleeping in other people’s home.”
Above all, he denied that Shraddha and Farhan are in a relationship, as he continued, “I don’t think she is in a relationship with Farhan. Shraddha comes and tells me everything and has never told me anything about this. She respects Farhan a lot. I told Shraddha when you acted with Aditya Roy Kapur your name was linked with him, then it was Shahid, then Farhan after you worked with him in Rock On 2 and now you are working with Aditya again we will get to see more media reports about the same and maybe with Arjun Kapoor after Half Girlfriend.”
Well, that does happen, doesn’t it?
Shraddha Kapoor will be next seen in OK Jaanu, a remake of Tamil hit OK Kanmani, where she is cast opposite Aditya Roy Kapoor. The movie is directed by Shaad Ali, and is scheduled to release on January 13.

Star Screen Awards 2016 red carpet: Varun Dhawan, Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon attend the event in STYLE

Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor were at their worst while Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan were dapper at Star Screen Awards red carpet.

At the Star Screen Awards held recently, the red carpet was full of dazzling celebrities. The event was held at MMRDA grounds. Need I say more on how star studded it was? Hosted by Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, obviously the event was no less a galaxy of stars! And as we speak of star studded, there were several gorgeous and disappointments on the red carpet. So as a style cop, I decided to compile all the best and worst dressed at the awards function. You see, red carpet looks is my forte. And I have to state this, the women were atrociously dressed while the men dapper! Very rarely does it happen but at Star Screen, it looked as if the ladies were in no mood to dress up. The ones who did put all efforts in it, failed miserably. Oh and Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor fans are going to be disappointed majorly because most of the fashion faux pas done on the red carpet were from them. Anyway, you guys scroll below and check it out.
Let’s start with the ladies –
Deepika Padukone

Wow. Words would fall short to describe the hideousness of this outfit. The rose not only hid DP’s gorgeous face but the gown was such a letdown to her fab body. Even her hair looked like she just got up from a slumber. The only good thing about her look was her makeup. Thanks to the drama the outfit created, her makeup was kinda like the saving grace; not too much, not too less!
Sonam Kapoor

Not far along was Sonam’s outfit. While she tried her best to get the monochrome look match to the finesse of her fashionista tag, this was perhaps a blunder worst than her first Cannes outing. Western media had called her gown a toilet dolly. But for this look, we’ll call it, ‘What the heck were you thinking?’ The long trail plus the weird sheer patch on her chest, could the look be more bad?
Bipasha Basu

If its called a red carpet, it doesn’t necessarily mean wearing a red outfit, just so you know Bips. In the past too, several times Bipasha has donned the red hue for red carpet and to be quite honest, it has always been a drab look.As you can see the gown, there’s too much going on and too less that’s appealing. It’s a drab for Bipasha!
Kriti Sanon

A similar advice to you too Miss Sanon. If it’s a red carpet, avoid the shade or be camouflaged with the background. I wasn’t a big fan of the satin gown that she had donned. There was this feeling creeping up in me that said, ‘night dress, night dress, night dress,’ every time I saw her gown. Perhaps its a very fancy night gown but it definitely isn’t a red carpet worthy. Her back though, was damn sexy.
Alia Bhatt

Miss Bhatt decided to put a spin to the gown culture as she donned a Sachin and Babi outfit. I found this spin rather appealing as it was different and she stood out from the gown crowd. However, I must add that the makeup artist did a shoddy job as her face looked quite tired. The eye shadow hue was a wrong choice as it made the look fall flat.
The men at the awards night –
Shah Rukh Khan

Hands down he was the most handsome man present at the event. All he did was dressed himself in black from top to bottom. Black really does wonders when donned by anyone. The suit literally oozed panache and in the best way!
Salman Khan

While Mr Khan too decided to go with his bro, SRK’s black obsession, however, he also added some shades of wine. Styled by Ashley Rebello, the actor wore a nice black shirt and trousers with a wine hued blazer. The addition of wine colour made the actor look quite dapper.
Harshvardhan Kapoor

Having won the best newcomer trophy, clearly he should also be given the award for coolest fashion on the red carpet! While he kept the shirt and trousers a simple black and white, the blazer was a fresh addition. The navy blue patterned blazer worked amazingly with his look. And not to forget, how neatly he combed his hair to one side. Cute!
Sushant Singh Rajput

For the event, Rajput seemed a little inspired by SRK’s ensemble as he too donned an all black look. However, it wasn’t the usual suit that guys choose for their red carpet look. Instead, SSR chose to don a nice black asymmetric kurta along with trousers. We liked this twist in the look! Damn cool.
Varun Dhawan

I remember that at one particular awards held recently, Sidharth Malhotra had donned a green suit inspired from an elf. This Dhawan suit reminds me of the same look but, there’s a big difference. The bottle green chosen by Malhotra was bright while Varun’s suit is a nice mellow hue. Plus, the brown brogues look too classy in the ensemble.

Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor – 15 WORST outfits of 2016 that need to be flushed out

Here’s a roundup of what we saw in 2016 in the fashion industry and well, what we hated the most. Surprisingly some of the fashion faux pas have been made by the same celebrities and sadly, they didn’t learn from their mistakes. One of our biggest fashion offenders has got to be Deepika Padukone because of her outrageous choices. Not very far behind is Sonam Kapoor who, by everyone’s surprise, waltz wearing terrible outings. We do have a few surprise entries in this list. Overall, the year wasn’t very breakthrough for fashion. Lot of outfits were repeated, lot of mistakes were made, lot of cringeworthy moments took place, I can go on and on. However, I’m gonna save my breath for now and directly move on to the worst outfits of the year. Yes, the list will also have us rating celebs in the bad to worse kinda meter. Fans of some of the B-townies are going to be hurt.
Deepika Padukone
Fans may want to pounce on me but hey, I got pictures that totally justify why DP is number one in my list. In this worst outfit game, there are a few folks who can come close to competing against the diva but definitely can’t beat her. From her outrageous Sabyasachi fur faux pas to her big rosy gown, Miss Padukone surely gave 2016 some of its worst outfits. Although there are a few more ensembles that I would like to point out but nothing beats these two. The Sabyasachi creation with fur around the collar and horrendously appliqué work on the velvet fabric, gosh, words fall short to describe this atrocity. But hey, then we have her Gauri and Nainika black rosy gown which shed light to fashion’s worst fears. Being a customized outfit, the gown was such a big letdown, especially since she was awarded the Style Icon trophy!

Sonam Kapoor
Clearly, the Fashionista term should be officially taken down from SK’s name. In this one year, on several occasions, Sonam’s experimental brain got the better of the outfit. Take the Prabal Gurung creation. There was absolutely nothing flattering about this outfit and to this day, I clearly remember this raggedy ensemble. Soon following this bad outfit is another big red carpet blunder. Wearing a Stephane Rolland gown, she was the biggest joke at the Star Screen Awards red carpet. No offense, Sonam but we just hope you’ve flushed that monochrome blunder out of your life.

Priyanka Chopra
The initial eight months of Priyanka with her fashion parade was a sight worth watching. I was so inspired by her chic ensembles that I even tried a few. However, that definitely tumbled after I saw her don this hideous Sabyasachi outfit for a promotional event. If you notice, the celebrated designer has given Bollywood divas some of their worst looks this year! Oh but for PeeCee, her bad fashion didn’t end there. Soon we caught her serenading the red carpet of Instyle Awards wearing what could possibly be a tailor’s nightmare. The satin blue top was haphazardly stitched and her look was very, I’m finding difficulty in searching for a word that is synonymous to blunder. But I think you got the hint.

Katrina Kaif
The year began with a bang for Kat. Out of the blue, an experimental phase took over the diva’s mind. I found her donning some of the coolest ensembles. However, she may have taken the risqué factor a little too far. In the Cushni Et Ochs crop top and high waist skirt, was a faux pas we found. As you can see, her chest looked extremely weird. I blame the crop top for this. The look would’ve worked had the crop top not been so awkward. And just as we were happy with her experimental stride, Kat once again went back to square one. At an awards function where she was honoured with a style award, Miss Kaif accepted the award wearing what can be called one of the most boring looking outfit. There was no spunk, glamour or sass about this gown. Very Barbie, something we though Kat was over.

Shraddha Kapoor
Miss Kapoor has disobeyed the fashion rules, many a times in this year. Wearing terribly styled looks, I was very disappointed in her. What turned out to be the worst one for me was the coloured Christopher Kane outfit. Firstly, the cuts in various parts of the dress were a turn off. Add the colour palette and it was an overall drab look. I just hope Shraddha looks for new ways to marvel us during OK Jaanu promotions!

Jacqueline Fernandez
The year 2016 was a mix for Jacky’s fashion game. We saw some funky cool looks as well as dull dud looks. However, with all the looks she made us cringe with, this hideous sheer gown and confusing black outfit pushed us off the hedge. I wouldn’t really have to explain a lot with respect to the sheer gown. There’s so much that hurts the eye from her gown to her hair to her makeup that we best drop it there itself. However, this interesting but drab black outfit is something we should discuss. Miss Fernandez always likes to bring something new to the wardrobe in terms of her style and while we have to admit this is something new, it definitely isn’t gorgeous.

Ranveer Singh
King of kitschiness, Singh may be a breakthough fashion expert for men, but these psychedelic patterns is surely too much to take. I know his fashion sense damn well by now and while he loves colours and patterns, sometimes too much isn’t good. And clearly, in this case, there are so many elements that stand out that Singh’s face fades away! Don’t you think?

Sidharth Malhotra
Anybody looking for Peter Pan? What’s wrong with you Sid? You’re one of the best dressed actors! Why would you want to look like a character from JM Barrie’s fictional world? Perhaps a white shirt inside would’ve reduced the whole Peter Pan feel from this outing. This, again, is from the red carpet of an awards show. Correction, a style awards event.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Finally, I end the list with our all time favourite, Ash! The actress may have amped up her dressing sense since Ae Dil Hai Mushkil but she still has a long way to go. At Mukesh Ambani’s party, the 43 year old actress decided to go a little star studded. Little did she realize that she didn’t have to go looking like a constellation! The sequined work on her Manish Malhotra creation plus the bad red skirt is just hurting the eye. Sadly, Mrs Bachchan hasn’t learnt the art of balancing looks. It’s either too kitschy or too bland. Like this dull dud of an outfit.
